Santral sistemi<\/strong>, telefon şebekelerinde aboneler ve kullanıcılar arasında iletişimi sağlayan gelen ve giden aramaları otomatik olarak yönlendiren telekomünikasyon sistemine verilen isimdir. Santral sistemi, modüler bir yapıya sahip olan santral cihazı ve buna farklı noktalardan bağlı yazılım tabanlı telefon, masaüstü IP telefon, videofon, VoIP destekli cep telefonu, IP DECT ve analog setlerden meydana gelebilmektedir.
